After the goods delivered at our warehouse we will provide you a document named (GRN) Goods receipt note. Which will contain the details and information aboutyour goods and products which are arrived at our warehouses that how much quantity we recieved, how os the quality of the goods recieved by us and how is the condition of the goods which wi help us for managing our inventory and maintaining ourrelation by avoiding future conflicts you need to verify and send us a second (GNR) That's all.

purchase order

In this document you are required to provide us the official order of supplying goods to the supplier with all the contents containing all the details of order being supplied.

INVOICE

you are required to submit the invoice(bill of payment) in which quantity of product that how much quantity of your product being supplied, rate of per product with all specifications of:- marginal rate and commision charged.at the last you are supposed to calculate the total amount charged for the goods or the products being supplied at all.

E-WAY BILL $20

This document should be provided in a proper way, which will contain and show that the goods being transported are totally comply/ fulfill the requirements of the GST laws. consisting name of the consignor and consignee, the point of origin of the consignment/document, its destination, and the route from which it is being transported in a proper manner, and all the contents should match and should be legitimate in the terms.

DELIVERY CHALLAN

delivery challan required to supply you goods or products in the right and legit place where you want to be it supplied consisting all the final details of the origin of your goods ie., where it was manufactured where is to be delivered. this document is very essential as it is a proof of delivery at all.
