CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for giving accurate booking details like pickup, drop-off, locations, and contact information, and ensuring timely availability at given times. They must make sure all goods or passengers satisfy with safety, legal, and mandatory requirements. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by their carelessness to the vehicle or the driver. In any case, delays caused by the customer then have to result in additional charges.. Customer should maintain their behaviour with the staff member; either, their services will be canceled, and they will pay a penalty for their misbehaviour. The customer has to follow all instructions which was given by law so that they can do their work freely, which is under lawful conditions.

 INSURANCE

Insurance is very important because after covering such a long distance, your goods do not get damaged, and you can avoid loss. And if the truck meets with any accident on the way, then your chances of suffering a financial loss are almost negligible and Before making a successful booking, we check whether the customer has taken insurance for his goods or not. If, for any reason, a customer does not take insurance, we reject the booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

After pickup, once the truck is dispatched, the booking can not be cancelled.

Redundancy policy-
Refund (if applicable) will be done back to your original payment method in 5-7 business days

The transporter shall not be liable for delay or interruption In Case of any of the goods.
